welcome to my shop - my customers are very important to me. please read these shop policies carefully to ensure your ultimate satisfaction.

my hand painted jewelry is always sealed and protected. they are water resistant but not waterproof.

due to the nature of handmade items slight variations in design and color are unavoidable. while the colors and process are the same, each piece is hand painted and the patterns are random so therefore truly unique. and please note that colors may appear slightly different in real life than they appear on your screen.

all domestic orders are shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. I ship via USPS first class mail. your package will be insured and I will provide a tracking number as soon as it ships. this method has a delivery date of anywhere between 2 and 6 days. at this time I do not offer international shipping.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

each handmade item is packaged carefully to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. if there is a problem with your piece please contact me within 3 days of receipt so it can be repaired, replaced or exchanged for store credit. shipping and handling fees are unfortunately not refundable. I recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment.
